Location Data Usage in Perfect Driver (Driver App: com.perfectpickup.driver) - Background Location Access: Perfect Driver collects real-time location data—including background location data when the app is minimized or closed—whenever the driver sets their availability status to "Online" or during active trips. - Purpose of Background Location Access: * Dispatching & Assignment: To match nearby ride requests accurately based on real-time driver proximity. * Turn-by-Turn Navigation: To guide drivers to pickup locations and final destinations. * Safety & Tracking: To provide ongoing route monitoring for emergency response and driver/passenger safety. * Fare Calculation: To track precise distance traveled for trip pricing and driver payouts. - Disclosure: Driver location data is shared with the assigned rider during an active trip so they can view the driver’s ETA and vehicle approach on the map. We DO NOT sell location data to third parties or use background location for advertising. 4. Other Data We Collect A. Information Provided Voluntarily - User Profiles: Name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and account credentials. - Vehicle & Verification Data (Drivers): Driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance documents, background checks, and tax identifiers. - Payment Information: Payment method details processed securely through compliant payment gateways. - Support Communications: Feedback, rating scores, support messages, and chat history between riders and drivers.
